What you’ll be doing: 

• Customer service 
• Creating rosters 
• Stock ordering and management 
• Leading the store during a shift 
• Training and coaching 
• Maintaining food safety standards 
• Cash control and budgets 
• Staff management 
• Safety and security 
• Recruitment and hiring
• Ensure that all operations of the company are running smoothly
• Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
• Determining product mix & Stock levels control including stock counts and stock orders
• Cash Control including bank deposits and keeping records of financial transactions
• Setting and controlling service standards
• In charge of marketing, promotion and advertising strategies and campaigns
• Formulating and implementing purchasing policies, and setting prices
• Liaising with suppliers, vendors etc
• Liaising with internal Accounts department and external accountants
• Setting budgets for the business & Updating retail price with increase wage cost.
• Statutory compliances & Ensuring compliance with OH&S
• Other duties required to run the business
