Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a management role at Domino's is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management or related field is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
